Christian Bizzotto
Christian is a performance coach, movement specialist, and author dedicated to helping men build strength, discipline, and purpose. After overcoming his own battles with a 100-pound weight loss, identity loss, and addiction, Christian spent the last decade engineering physical and mental transformations. Currently serving as the Head of Coaching and Curriculum at Spartan, he designs the global movement standards, endurance programming, and human performance frameworks taught to athletes worldwide. As a former international mountain bike competitor, Level 2 Spartan Coach, and Obstacle Specialist Instructor, his tactical expertise spans running mechanics, obstacle proficiency, and high-intensity resilience. Author of Armor Forged, Christian combines elite athletic programming with raw authenticity, working with executives, fathers, and everyday men to reject weakness, master themselves, and step up as prepared leaders in every area of life. He is also a firearms instructor and Tactical Games competitor who lives committed to action and evolution, and is a great example of his phrase “Let’s Go! Let’s Grow!”

Donato Helbling
Integrative Living Coach, Wim Hof Method, Martial Arts, Meditation & Yoga Teacher
Donato is a teacher, personal coach, and pioneer in the luxury wellness and human performance space. Known for his refreshingly direct, no-nonsense approach, he cuts through the modern fluff of wellness to help high achievers conquer burnout and reclaim long-term well-being. Drawing on over almost three decades of experience as an engineer, serial entrepreneur, and a dedicated instructor of yoga, meditation, martial arts and pistol marksmanship, he developed the Integrative Living Model. As a true veteran of the Wim Hof Method, he trained directly under the “Iceman” before the practice went global, later founding the Miami Ice Club. Now, as the visionary builder behind Six Fields—the base camp for this experience—he coaches with a raw, experiential authority. His mission is simple: eliminate internal friction, forge absolute presence, and provide people with a practical system (and now also a place in nature) to experience an honest, happy life—because “success doesn’t matter if you are dying inside”.

Your Home in the Forest
Located in Fines Creek, North Carolina, Six Fields sits nestled in 50 acres of Blue Ridge wilderness open to sweeping, long-range views of the Pisgah National Forest and the Great Smoky Mountains. This is a sanctuary built on a simple premise: wellness is the natural state we return to once we quiet the noise of a restless life.
At Six Fields, the rugged mountain landscape is your training ground. Optimization meets isolation with simple, hand-crafted analog amenities designed to awaken natural recovery and aid in much needed digital detox: a wood-fired sauna, cold creek plunges, an archery range, and farm-to-table meals cooked over an open fire. Every aspect of the experience is built to strip away distractions so you can focus entirely on the work.
Just 45 minutes west of Asheville, the property serves as a home base for exploring the region. From quiet trout streams and hidden waterfalls to the sweeping turns and overlooks of the Blue Ridge Parkway, the landscape is dotted with historic towns revitalized by world-class farm-to-table kitchens and craft breweries. Six Fields welcomes you with honest Appalachian hospitality: understated, intentional, and thoroughly refined.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Option 1: Fly into AVL (Asheville) and drive 45 mins in a rental or Uber. Note there will be Ubers to take you to Six Fields, but not back to Asheville. Someone from the retreat or Six Fields staff can probably drive you back!
Option 2: Fly into Charlotte or Atlanta (2.5hs away) or Knoxville (2hs). We will not be able to arrange airport transportation, so you have to rent a car.
Option 3: Drive all the way! The roads to Six Fields are scenic and windy. A great drive through small towns (or take whatever highway from home to I40 and get there faster).

Punch in your address in your GPS early. Cell phone reception in the mountains is spotty and you may get lost if you don’t have it set. Once you get to Six Fields, there is good cell service.
-
Yes! You’ll be missing some great stuff, but we’d still love to have you. We have to charge you full price, since you would be taking a limited spot from someone who could otherwise commit to the full experience.
-
You are encouraged to experience a weekend without your cell phone. This is a truly liberating experience. You can decide how deep you want to do it -from turning it off for the retreat and turning it on to call your family at night, to fully surrendering it to your coaches and getting it back before you go back.
We will ask you to have it off and put away during all retreat group activities. This promotes mental presence, respects others enjoyment of nature AND keeps everyone safe (screens distract you, and you can hurt yourself in the wilderness).
-
This retreat is for personal development, not content creation.
With this in mind, we will have a professional photographer joining us, so you don't have to worry about taking photos!
